Dyspel asbl is a support group for families and professionals in Luxembourg with an interest in dyslexia and other special educational needs run entirely by volunteers.

The objectives of the group are to raise awareness of the plight of children who require a different style of teaching, regardless of nationality or school they attend, to share information and to support parents as they try to find the best educational solution for their child.

Monthly meetings with Dyslexia professionals

Between December 2009 and May 2010 Dyspel organises montly meetings for parents of children with dyslexia and for professionals interested in this topic.
The meetings are organised with the support of the Ville de Luxembourg and the Ombuds-Comité fir d'Rechter vum Kand (ORK).

Venue: Centre sociétaire et sportif, 29 rue de Strasbourg à Luxembourg (gare)

Time: from 7 pm to 9 pm.

Herzlich Willkommen bei unsern Montagstreffen!

Jeden ersten Montag des Monats laden wir Sie ein zwischen 19h00 und 20h30 im Brasserie Seppl, 42 avenue de la Faïencerie in Luxemburg-Stadt. Parken können Sie auf dem Glacis.

Unsere Mitglieder sprechen Deutsch, Luxemburgisch, Französisch und Englisch. Sie können Fragen stellen, wir beraten Sie gerne. Sie können auch Informationen und Erfahrungen mit andern Eltern oder Erziehern austauschen. Oder wir diskutieren über einen Artikel zu neuen Forschungsergebnissen, aus denen Sie Argumente schöpfen können, die die Kompetenzen der Dyslexiker unterstreichen.
