We need you!
Due to long serving members of the committee retiring, DYSPEL urgently
needs to fill gaps on the committee. Especially people with language
skills, particularly in Luxembourgish, French, German and Portuguese
are needed.
Following the success of our activities, especially the talk by
German/American specialist Elke Schneider and the overwhelming response
to the publication of our multi-lingual book "Dyslexia – Strategies for
Success in Schools", Dyspel has dealt with many enquiries. Most of
these have been in Luxembourgish, asking for information and help.
Dyspel is looking for people who would be willing to help with all
aspects of its work, amongst which fund-raising, but especially
telephone enquiries in languages other than English.
It is obvious there is a great need, across all languages and
educational systems in Luxembourg, for the kind of help and support
Dyspel provides.
You don't need to be an expert on Dyslexia to help us. What little training and support is needed will be given.
It would be fitting if the committee could also reflect the international membership Dyspel now has.
However little time you have to spare would be welcome.
Please contact Dyspel at info@dyspel.org or call one of the committee members.
